Bernard) to be someone of notability. I have been in contact with the subject to verify the ISBN's of his forthcoming works and these have not been issued yet to the publisher. Once these are established I or someone else will no doubt update the entry accordingly, and lacking these ISBN's is why the titles were not included at the present time. Edison High School is a public junior-senior high school located in Elmira, New York. It houses a student body of approximately 400 students in grades 9-12. Athletic Facilities In 2003, the school underwent a major renovation. The football field, Northrup Field, saw major changes. It's natural grass surface was replaced by FieldTurf and a synthetic running track was put in place, as well as a new stadium, press box, and vending/bathroom facilities. Under the same project, it's baseball field was renovated to include a new clay infield, as well as new dugouts and a 40 foot high backstop. In addition, a golf practice facility sponsored by First Tee was erected, including chipping and putting practice holes. Beckwithshaw Saints

Beckwithshaw Saints are an English football team that currently play in the Harrogate and District League Division 1, after being relegated from the Premier, at the end of season 06-07. The team play at the 'Village Ground' in the village and have been known to have a large following. The village itself lies just outside Harrogate in North Yorkshire. TEAM COLOURS Beckwithshaw currently play in blue at home and red away with navy shorts. They have been known to play in white and this kit was given its debut in the 2005-06 season at an away match against Burley Trojans, which was won 2-0. At the end of that season, Beckwithshaw just managed to avoid relegation to Division one. NICKNAMES Beckwithshaw's official nickname is 'The Saints' or 'Becky'(by the players themselves. The fans who, more often than not, turn out in their droves, despite occasional disppointing results, usually refer to the team as 'Shaw'. 06-07 SEASON Despite a poor finish in the 05-06 season, Beckwithshaw came into the new campaign full of optimism. Despite this however, Mark Watson, then the manager decided to resign in charge of the team, due to work commitments and a desire to step out of the limelight. Steve Lawrence, manager for the 05-06 season which over saw survival stepped in the fill the shoes alongside David Ramshaw, the veteren defender, who is constantly in the local papers after being linked with moves to Knaresborough Celtic and Sherwood F.C. The season got off to a good start. Winning three games in a row at home The Saints soon found themselves at the top of the Premier. However, a defeat against Kirk Deighton started a slump in the September and Beckwithshaw were not to win again until the December where a 3-0 win against Otley resoted some hope of surviving the drop. However, it wasnt to be. A run of bad results at the end of the season meant the Saints finished bottom. Down, but not out, the majority of the players vowed to continue in Division One to help restore some pride at the Village Ground and repay fans loyalty. The Premier Division at the end of 06-07 looked like this. However, not everything has gone to plan. David Ramshaw stepped down as player coach and was replaced by long term injury casualty and midfielder stalwart, Dan Ridgway. Steve Lawrence again agreed to manage the team, but he resigned after 6 games of the season gone due to work commitments, meaning that Ridgway took charge for the remainder of the season. After winning the first game of the season against Albert 3-2, the Saints had mixed success. Only a win against Yorkshire Amateur Reserves eased the pain as they slipped to 4 defeats including a 5-0 away defeat at Knaresborough Celtic and a disappointing home defeat against Addingham. Needing a change of fortune, Beckwithshaw then faced Otley Rovers on the 15th September 2007. Beckwithshaw put in a fantastic performance against a physical side and came out 4-1 winners. This started a run of a 6 wins on the trot,including a 10-2 win against Hampsthwaite United in the cup. The run was eventually ended by rivals Pateley Bridge at home. Beckwithshaw then eased some pain by recording 2 wins in 3 games, before their last game before Christmas, which was a 3-1 win over Addingham to gain revenge for the home defeat in September. The title dream however looks like long shot and with the next fixture against Yorkshire Amateur away in January, it could prove to be a difficult new year.
